Brian Reichberg is the Head of Bridgeway Wealth Management LLC which oversees Bridgeway’s wealth management and advisory business activities. Prior to founding Bridgeway, Mr. Reichberg served as Managing Director and Branch Office Manager at Oppenheimer and Co. Inc. in NYC. He directed all facets of Oppenheimer’s flagship office, managing 100+ Financial Advisors overseeing $11 billion in assets.
Prior to Oppenheimer he served as a Complex Manager for Salomon Smith Barney, where he began his management career in the firm’s Leadership Development Program. Mr. Reichberg started in the industry as a Financial Advisor with Paine Webber in 1991. He resides in Manhattan and is a native of New Rochelle, NY.
Chief Investment Officer
Gib Dunham is the Chief Investment Officer at Bridgeway Wealth Partners where he is responsible for originating public and private investments including private equity, real estate and hedge funds. He was formerly a Managing Director with Hywin Capital Management, a $20 billion Asian institution, where he ran the team overseeing alternative allocations. Prior to Hywin, he was the Chief Investment Officer for Alternative Capital Advisers, a multi-strategy hedge fund allocator.
Prior to that he was a Partner at a $4 billion multi-family office responsible for security selection, risk management and alternative allocations. Before that he was a Vice President at Emigrant Capital, a captive private equity fund which was sponsored by a $10 billion bank. Previous to that he was a portfolio manager at $4.5 billion hedge fund group where he was seeded and launched his own fund. He began his career in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. as an analyst in the telecommunications group. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he majored in political science. He has received his CFA, CAIA, CMT, QFA and CIC designations and has a certificate in structured products. He is the Treasurer on a volunteer basis and a board member for the Carter Burden Network and is on the investment committee for the COTE endowment portfolio.
Head of Bridgeway Capital Partners LLC
Philip Gaucher is the Managing Partner of affiliate organization; Bridgeway Capital Partners LLC which oversees Bridgeway’s internal & external alternative investment products, direct lending, private placements, and all other investment banking activities. Prior to that Mr. Gaucher was the founder and managing partner of Cambrian Capital LLC, a private equity and venture capital business. Through Cambrian Capital Mr. Gaucher founded, managed, and helped to raise over $550mm for multiple companies in the healthcare and industrial sectors.
Prior to founding Cambrian Capital Mr. Gaucher was a portfolio manager for NY-based hedge funds Del Mar Asset Management and Plural Investments, and an analyst for George Weiss Associates (now Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisors). His career in finance began in 2002 as an investment banking analyst with Bank of America. He is a graduate of Bucknell University cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and a concentration in Finance.

Head of Asset Management
Jason Orlosky is the Chief Market Strategist and Head of Bridgeway Asset Management LLC which oversees Bridgeway’s asset management and insurance activities. Prior to joining Bridgeway Mr. Orlosky was the Director of Thematic Strategies and a member of the Investment Strategy Group for Stifel. At Stifel Mr. Orlosky was responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of model equity portfolio strategies and the Tactical ETF Strategies.
He also served as a member of the Tactical Asset Allocation Investment Committee. Prior to that Mr. Orlosky was at BPG Group where he served as the CIO for the Equity Strategies and Senior Portfolio Manager of the ETF and High Dividend Equities Strategies. Prior to that Mr. Orlosky was Head of Thematic Portfolio strategies and the ETF Tactical Allocation Portfolios for Barclays. He received a B.S. from Babson College in Babson Park, Massachusetts.
Nicholas H. Hemmerly

Nicholas H. Hemmerly is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking for Bridgeway. Mr. Hemmerly has over 15 years of investment banking experience with broad transactional experience having completed over 100 equity and debt transactions representing over $50 billion in value, predominately across the Healthcare sector.
Prior to joining Bridgeway Mr. Hemmerly was at PricewaterhousCoopers Corporate Finance LLC focusing on M&A and capital raising in the Life Sciences space with a focus on Specialty and Generic Pharmaceuticals as well as Healthcare Consumer Products and Contract Manufacturing. Prior to PwC CF, Mr. Hemmerly worked at Jefferies LLC with a focus on executing M&A and financing transactions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Prior experience includes investment banking roles in JPMorgan’s Healthcare Group as well as JMP Securities Healthcare Group. Mr. Hemmerly began his investment banking career as an analyst with Wachovia Securities. Mr. Hemmerly graduated with honors from the College of Charleston with a B.S in economics. He holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Charles Carson is the Head of Business Development for Bridgeway Wealth Partners LLC where he is responsible for recruitment of financial advisors nationally. Prior to joining Bridgeway Mr. Carson was Complex Manager/ Executive Director for Oppenheimer Co. Inc. Prior to Oppenheimer he worked for RBC, Wells Fargo, and 20 years at Merrill Lynch where he began his career as Financial Consultant.
Ray Bouderau is a Partner and Senior Managing Director responsible for wealth management and deal origination. He has extensive experience working with high net worth families and institutions. Mr. Bouderau has been a successful entrepreneur and business manager.
Prior to joining Bridgeway, he founded and ran J-Bar Reinforcement which was the builder for the World Trade Center Memorial as well as One Vanderbilt, New York’s second tallest skyscraper. Additionally, Mr. Bouderau is also the creator of Living the Dream Films which specializes in film development, production, and financing.
He resides in NYC and LA and is a native of Far Rockaway, NY.

Charles Pouliot is a Senior Managing Director for Bridgeway Wealth Partners where he provides wealth management services to his clients. Prior to joining Bridgeway, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager with Avenir Private Advisors. Prior to that, Mr. Pouliot spent 10 years with Merrill Lynch as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President of Global Wealth & Investment Management.
While at Merrill Lynch Mr. Pouliot was invited to join the Practice Management Development Program, graduating at the top of his class. He was subsequently invited to join Merrill Lynch’s Circle of Excellence Club, the Chairman’s Club, and the President’s Club. Mr. Pouliot is graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics Management. He holds the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®).

Brian Burkhart is a Senior Managing Director for Bridgeway Wealth Partners where he will be responsible for constructing and managing investment portfolios to help clients achieve their financial goals. Prior to joining Bridgeway, Mr. Burkhart was a Senior Portfolio Manager with Avenir Private Advisors. Prior to that, he worked at Merrill Lynch in the Managed Solutions Group where his responsibilities included construction and management of custom investment portfolios for financial advisors and their clients.
Prior to his time at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Burkhart worked for MacKay Shields in the convertible bond department. Prior to that, he worked for Citibank in a portfolio administration role. His financial career began in 1984 on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, working for Geldermann, Inc., a futures and options firm. Mr. Burkhart graduated from New York University with Honors, majoring in Economics. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, & 65 registrations, NY State Insurance License, and is fluent in conversational Spanish. He currently resides in New York City with his wife and three children.
Lily Pirouzian is a Director for Bridgeway Wealth Partners where she provides wealth management services to her clients. Prior to joining Bridgeway, Ms. Pirouzian was a Premier Wealth Advisor at HSBC. Prior to that, Ms. Pirouzian spent 10 years with Credit Suisse Private Banking where she advised high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and focusing on international investment strategies.
Ms. Pirouzian holds a Master’s in International Finance and Business from Columbia University and received a B.S. from Georgetown University with a major in International Politics. She holds the FINRA Series 7 & 66 registrations, and NY Life Accident & Health Insurance licenses. She is fluent in 7 languages, and currently resides in New York City.

Mr. Murphy is a Senior Vice President at Bridgeway Wealth Partners where he provides Wealth Management services to his clients. Along with Wealth Management Mr. Murphy oversees Bridgeway’s Corporate Services division and is focused on growing Bridgeway’s Equity and 401k plan business. Mr. Murphy has extensive experience in Wealth Management, Trust & Estate Planning and Corporate Services having formerly been the Director of wealth management and corporate services at Charlesworth & Rugg.
Prior to Charlesworth & Rugg, Mr. Murphy spent the majority of his career at Merrill Lynch where he served in a variety of capacities as a private banking advisor. Mr. Murphy received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Caldwell University. He holds his series 7 and 66 licenses.
Kevin Ross, CLU, ChFC
With over 28 years of experience, Kevin Ross serves as a financial advisor to clients and acts as their liaison to the various Bridgeway affiliated companies. Mr. Ross provides a diversified array of financial solutions to meet his clients’ needs. He has gained recognition in the area of tax-advantaged accumulation and distribution strategies as well as risk managed portfolio solutions.
Mr. Ross has been recognized in Philadelphia Magazine as a “Five Star Wealth Manager”- an award given to only 2% of all financial advisors in the Greater Philadelphia area. He has been featured in Forbes, Money Magazine, Suburban Life Magazine, and Philadelphia Magazine.
Jesse Maltzman, CFP, ChFC

Jesse Maltzman is a Senior Vice President and Senior Wealth Advisor at Bridgeway Wealth Partners. Jesse specializes in leveraging the entire investment platform to create custom wealth management plans based on Modern Portfolio Theory. He incorporates the most advanced and innovative technologies to build, implement and monitor portfolios designed to accomplish each client’s individual investment goals. Jesse has been working with successful professionals and business owners on their investment and financial planning needs since 2003.
Jesse started his career in 1998 working in institutional trading and market making. After navigating the dot bomb era on a trading desk, Jesse joined HSBC Securities in 2003. At HSBC Jesse worked with the bank’s Premiere and Business bankers to address their high net worth and business client’s wealth management needs.
In 2008 Jesse joined Eagle Strategies and New York Life to provide clients a highly personalized approach to financial planning. With the Financial Crisis in its throes, Jesse focused on encouraging clients to consider their long-term goals, to stay the course, rebalance where appropriate, and if their plan allowed and the liquidity was available to take advantage of depressed valuations. Similarly, when reviewing client’s estate planning Jesse advised clients to take advantage of impaired asset valuations to update their gifting and wealth transfer strategies.
In 2011 Jesse joined Fidelity Investments as a Senior Account Executive. Jesse was called upon to advise over 300 High and Ultra High Net Worth Relationships on their investment and cash flow planning needs. While at Fidelity, Jesse completed his Certified Financial Planner® and Chartered Financial Consultant® designations. These studies and designations provide Jesse with a strong background in planning and portfolio management.
Senior Vice President
Dino Pagiazitis is Senior Vice President of Private Wealth Management at Bridgeway Wealth Partners. He uses a customized and disciplined approach to help individuals, families, and small business’ make thoughtful financial decisions. Dino went to William Paterson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a designation in Management. He started his career at Pendulum Capital Markets in NJ as a Junior Broker, in 2007.
Shortly thereafter, he moved to Merrill Lynch and worked in various investment roles until he ultimately joined a team as a Bank Financial Advisor. After 7 years at Merrill Lynch, Dino moved to Long Island and joined Citi Personal Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor. In this role, he helped Citibank customers invest and reach their financial goals. Dino then moved to TD Ameritrade as a Senior Financial Consultant, where he managed over $700 million in client relationships. Dino joined Bridgeway Wealth Partners in 2021, with the goal of providing his clients with a higher standard of service.
Dino resides in Kings Park, NY with his wife Diamantina and their two kids Stelio and Nia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, performing live music at local venues, as well as biking, running, and hiking in the outdoors.
Joseph S. Pignatelli, Jr.
Mr. Pignatelli was a Partner, President and Co-Portfolio Manager of Archstone Partnerships, LP. Founded in 1991, the Archstone Partnerships was an independent, alternative asset management firm focused exclusively on hedge fund investments. The firm managed peak assets of approximately $5.5 billion. He has over thirty years of investment management experience with responsibilities which included investment policy, portfolio management, and manager selection.
Additionally, he directed the ongoing operations of Archstone and all of its related investment entities, including all management and financial matters. He received my B.B.A. in management and information systems from Pace University and an M.S. in finance from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business. He currently serve as a Trustee of the Baruch College and is a member of the Investment Committee of the Baruch College Fund. His work at Archstone has led to a wide variety of industry awards.
